We require jet ski operators to be at least 16 years of age. Must be 18 years or older to rent and/or have a parent/guardian present.
How Old Do I Have To Be To Ride On The Back Of A Jet Ski?
We require all riders to be at least 8 years of age.

What Are Your Cancellation And Weather Related Policies?
Weather – Beach Road Watersports does not operate in unsafe weather conditions. The company will assess the weather, and should it be determined whether the conditions are unsafe to operate, the rental may be postponed, or it will be canceled. If your trip is canceled by Beach Road Watersports for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule your trip. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund.
Cancellations – We understand that life happens, so we have a no hassle 48 hour cancellation policy. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, and no shows, are charged in full. We make every effort to stay in front of the weather. If we cancel your reservation due to weather, every effort will be made to get you rescheduled. If rescheduling is not an option, then a full refund will be made.
Language Requirements
Operators(drivers) of the watercraft must speak fluent English. This is a safety precaution due to the boater’s safety course, our required instructions, and the signs out on the water.
Can I Take The Jet Ski To Ski Alley?
No, our jet skis are restricted only to a riding area out in the Gulf. This is for your safety. Your guide will escort you to and from the area to prevent anyone from getting lost.
Do You Require A Deposit?
We require all renters to have a Driver’s License and credit card. We will authorize a $250.00 hold on your credit card for any damage that may occur. You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental.
